Are you feeling happy? It’s OK if you aren’t. Happiness isn’t something that is a permanent state.
I don’t know who might need to hear this, besides myself, but it is OK to eliminate toxic people from your life. Toxic people can drain your energy, cloud your mind and keep you from being your authentic self.
Who is adding negative energy to the physical spaces you frequent? Who is adding worry or anxiety to your mental space?
Once you identify a toxic presence in your space, you can take steps to decrease your interaction with that person. If you can’t cut them out of your life completely, you need to shore up your boundaries and keep them firm.
When there is less negative energy in your life you are better able to focus on personal growth and making genuine connections.
Everything changes when you make room for what truly matters. Go soak up some positive vibes!
